The Indonesian government will auction SBSN with an indicative target of IDR 6 trillion

JAKARTA - The Indonesian government, through the Ministry of Finance, will hold an auction of State Sharia Securities (SBSN) or State Sukuk starting next Tuesday (8/12).

SBSN series that will be auctioned are SPN-S (State Treasury Bills - Sharia) and PBS (Project Based Sukuk). These two instruments are used to fulfill a part of 2020 State Budget (APBN).

According to the Ministry of Finance's official statement, a number of SBSN series to be auctioned were SPN-S 09062021, PBS-027, PBS-026, PBS-017, and PBS-028. Those five SBSN underlying assets were various projects or activities in 2020 State Budget and state-owned assets.

The settlement date for  the SBSN auction is December 11, 2020. The non-competitive purchase allocation for SPN-S 09062021 is 50% of the won amount. Meanwhile, the non-competitive purchase allocation for the four PBS being auctioned is 30% of the total win. (KR/VA)
