JAKARTA - PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk has rebranded as PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk (TLKM) starting on Friday (4/12) di at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This was announced by IDX Head of Corporate Assessment II in Vera Florida in a report on Friday.
According to the report, the change of name in the issuer's listing on the IDX has been approved by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in a Decree on a Change in the Articles of Association of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia on 24 June 2019.
Despite the name change, the company is still publicly traded as TLKM at the IDX. (LK/MS)
