JAKARTA - PT KDB Tifa Finance Tbk (TIFA) has received a Rp 150 billion loan from PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA). This was announced by TIFA Director Ester Gunawan in a stock exchange filing, Thursday (10/12).
"The local loan facility agreement was signed by the two companies on Monday (7/12)," she said.
As of 30 September 2020, TIFA's portfolio included rent (84.6%), sharia financing (14.5%), and consumer financing and factoring (0.9%). In the same period last year, its rent porfolio reached 82.7%, sharia financing 16.3%, and consumer financing and factoring 1%.
The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has affected the company's performance, with a drop in financing receivables of 8.77% or Rp 405.56 trillion as of June 2020, an increase of 5.17% in non-performance financing (NPF), and net NPF of 1.34%. (LK/MS)
