JAKARTA - PT Unggul Indah Cahaya Tbk (UNIC) will pay an interim dividend of US$2.97 million or Rp 42.14 billion. This was announced by UNIC President Director Yani Alfien in a stock exchange filing on Tuesday (15/12).
According to Mr Alfien, the dividend will be paid to shareholders listed in the company's list of shareholders as of 23 December 2020. "The dividend for the 2020 fiscal year is Rp 110 per share," he said.
The dividend will be paid on 29 December, while the cum and ex dividend periods in the regular and negotiation market are on 21 and 22 December, as well as 23 and 28 December in the cash market. "The dividend distribution was decided at a board of directors' meeting last week (11 December)," said Mr Alfien. (LK/MS)
