JAKARTA - PT Putra Mandiri Jembar Tbk (PMJS) has just provided additional capital investment to its 2 subsidiaries, namely PT Global Pahala Rental and PT Dipo Angkasa Motor.
The total capital injection for two subsidiaries was IDR12.87 billion, according to PMJS management's statement on Indonesia Stock Exchange today. The provision of fresh capital was carried out earlier this week.
Of all the additional capital prepared by PMJS, as much as IDR 4.95 billion was distributed to Global Pahala Rental, and IDR 7.92 billion to Angkasa Motor Center.
With this additional capital, PMJS 'share ownership in Global Pahala Rental and Dipo Angkasa Motor was recorded at 99%. (KR/VA)
