JAKARTA - PT Ketrosden Triasmitra, cable network infrastructure company, officially listed Bonds I 2020 on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) today (11/1). The bond offered, that worth IDR 583 billion, consists of Series A and Series B with three and five years tenors.
In a press release received on Monday (11/1), Titus Dondi, CEO of Triasmitra Group, explained that the funding from Bond I 2020 would be used for developing their business in the next five years. "To pay off the loan obligations related to Jakarta-Surabaya and Medan-Dumai fiber optic cable projects," he said.
Moreover, he also mentioned that it would be used as capital expenditure and business development for fiber optic cable maintenance.
Triasmitra has two subsidiaries, including PT Triasmitra Multiniaga Internasional (TMI) and PT Jejaring Mitra Persada (JMP); each of which is engaged in the maintenance of fiber optic cables and monitoring sea and land cables. (LK/VA)
