JAKARTA - PT Bank Mayapada Internasional Tbk (MAYA) is targeting fresh funds, worth IDR 1.99 trillion, through the implementation of a rights issue on March 8-16, 2021. This plan was approved at Shareholders Meeting which took place yesterday (4/1).
In an information disclosure published on Tuesday (12/1), Jennifer Ann, Corporate Secretary of MAYA, said that the company would conduct its 13th rights issue by issuing 4,999,958,150 shares. "The exercise price in the rights issue is set at IDR 400 per share," she wrote in the statement.
Between the number of shares to be issued and the exercise price, the total funds collected amounted to IDR 1.99 trillion.
According to Ann, the rights issue was not accompanied by the issuance of warrants. The cum and ex rights issue in regular and negotiations market is scheduled on February 26-March 1, 2021. Cum and ex rights issue on the cash market is scheduled on March 2 and 3, 2021, while the date of listing on IDX is on March 4, 2021. (LK/VA)
