JAKARTA - The contractor company PT PP Tbk (PTPP) allocates capital expenditure for this year amounting to Rp 6.2 trillion. PT PP Corporate Secretary Yuyus Juarsa said 37% of the budget will be used for toll road development.
As reported by Bisnis, the capex allocation plan is dominated for toll road development by 37%, then property & residential development by 9%, area and airport development by 12% and investment development in subsidiaries by 33%.
This year's capital expenditure is two times higher than the capital expenditure in 2020 of Rp 3.38 trillion. This was done as the company's efforts to boost performance in 2021.
PTPP Senior Vice President for Business Development I Gede Upeksa said the capex consisted of investment for carry-over projects of Rp 4.36 trillion and new investments of Rp 1.89 trillion. (LM)
