JAKARTA. PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo) to distribute interim dividend for the 2020 fiscal year worth IDR 60 billion to its parent company, PT Sarana Menara Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (TOWR).
Maya Marcella, Corporate Secretary of Protelindo, said that the decision was in accordance with the company's articles of association. In addition, Protelindo has also received approval from the Board of Commissioners and the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS).
"The company can distribute interim dividends before the company's financial year ends," said Marcella through an information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange last weekend.
As reported by idnfinancials.com at the end of December 2020, Protelindo has also announced a dividend distribution of IDR 25 billion. According to data from idnfinancials.com, 99.99% of Protelindo's shares are currently controlled by TOWR. Protelindo currently has 21,271 towers and is spread over 38,122 points. (KR/LM)
