JAKARTA. PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk (BBYB), previously known as Bank Yudha Bhakti, announced its fund realization worth IDR 150 billion that had been obtained through a Public Offering with Pre-emptive Rights (HMETD) or a rights issue.
"The proceeds from the rights had been realized," said Tjandra Gunawan, President Director of BBYB, through an information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange today.
The total funds obtained by BBYB from the rights issue on 18 June 2020 amounted to IDR 150 billion. A total of IDR 1.52 billion has been paid for the public offering cost. Then the remainder was distributed in the form of credit and partly for the company's operational activities.
For details, the total proceeds from the rights issue disbursed in the form of credit were IDR 143.6 billion. Then the remaining IDR 4.98 billion was distributed for banking operations.
According to idnfinancials.com data, 24.98% of BBYB shares are currently controlled by PT Akulaku Silvrr Indonesia at the end of December 2020. Then as much as 20.13% is owned by PT Gozco Capital, 18.62% of the shares are owned by PT Asabri (Persero), and the remaining 11.01% is owned by Yellow Brick Enterprise Ltd. (KR/LM)
