The application for bankruptcy for Brent Securities is contained in Case Number 4/Pdt.Sus-Pailit/2021/PN Niaga Jkt.Pst, Wednesday (20/1). It was filed by Hindra Jaya and Sintya Pradinata Susanto.
Quoted from the contents of the case petitum, Brent Securities was located at Jalan Surabaya, Menteng, Central Jakarta. The Panel of Judges appointed Gumiwa Adiguna as the curator in the company’s bankruptcy proceedings. In addition, the defendant for bankruptcy was also asked to pay the court fees.
Previously, Financial Services Authority (OJK) had revoked Brent Securities' license, as a securities brokerage and underwriter, on February 15, 2020.
