UFO Elektronika allocates IDR 42.37 billion to expand warehouse and 2 stores

JAKARTA - PT Damai Sejahtera Abadi Tbk (UFOE), the company that manages UFO Elektoronika electronics store, will expand its warehouse and stores in two locations with a budget of IDR 42.37 billion. The source of funds for business development comes from the proceeds from the initial public offering (IPO), which managed to raise IDR 46.20 billion.

In the company's brief prospectus quoted on Wednesday (27/1), UFOE management said that the warehouse and store are located in Gresik, East Java and Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan. The warehouse building in Gresik is 3,669 m2 on an area of ​​7,877 m2, the store building in Banjarbaru is 1,047 m2 on an area of ​​349 m2 and other store buildings covering an area of ​​1,191 m2 on 4 plots of land with a total area of 397 m2. Meanwhile, the remaining IPO proceeds amounted to 8.3% or IDR 3.83 billion is for the purchase of goods and payment of trade payables.

Previously, UFOE has conducted an IPO since yesterday (25-27/1) by issuing 457,500,000 shares with an offering price of IDR 101 per share. The number of shares offered is as much as 20% of the total issued and paid-up capital of the company after the IPO. UFOE authorized capital was recorded at IDR 292.80 billion, total issued and paid-up capital of IDR 73.20 billion with shareholder structures, among others, PT Damai Sejahtera Lestari Investama (DSLI) 90%, Pudji Harianto 6%, and Poedji Harixon 4%. After the IPO, the shareholder structure is DSLI 72%, Pudji Harianto 4.80%, Poedji Harixon 3.20%, and the public 20%. The company's shares will be listed on the IDX on February 1, 2021. (LK)
