JAKARTA - PT MNC Studios International Tbk (MSIN) will issue 1,040,400,000 shares through a private placement scheme this week (5/2). This was conveyed by Tunggal Siregar, Corporate Secretary of PT MNC Studios International Tbk (MSIN) in an information disclosure quoted on Monday (1/2).
He said the implementation price in the corporate action was set at IDR158 per share. If the price is calculated with the number of shares to be issued, the total funds that the company will receive in a private placement will be IDR164.38 billion.
According to him, the certainty of the results of this private placement will be delivered in the next two weeks (9/2). Currently, the nominal price of MSIN's shares is IDR50 per share after carrying out a stock split with 1: 2 ratio from the nominal price of IDR100 per share in December 2020. After this corporate action, the number of MSIN shares will increase to 10,404,000,000 from 5,202,000,000. (LK/LM)
