Widodo Makmur prepares IDR 259.61 billion to expand poultry farm facilities

JAKARTA - PT Widodo Makmur Unggas Tbk (WMUU) has prepared IDR 259.61 billion to build livestock and poultry production facilities in a number of provinces, including DI Yogyakarta, Central Java, West Java and East Java. The source of funds for the expansion of this production facility comes from the IPO proceeds amounting to IDR 349.41 billion.

Quoted from the company's brief prospectus on Wednesday (3/2), WMUU management has made acquisition transactions of the lands that will be used for the construction of livestock production facilities, including the PS farm breeding facility in Yogyakarta. The other production facilities to be built are Layer Commercial Farm, Klaten and Broiler Commercial Farm, Wonogiri, Central Java, Hatchery, Sukabumi and Slaughterhouse, Cianjur, West Java. The remaining IDR 89.80 billion from IPO will be used to purchase feedmill raw materials and purchase commercial broilers for chicken slaughterhouses.

As information, WMUU listed its initial shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) yesterday (2/2). In this corporate action, the company offered 1,941,176,500 shares at an offering price of IDR 180 per share. The number of shares offered is 15% of the total issued and paid up capital after the IPO.

WMUU's authorized capital was recorded at IDR 1 trillion, total issued and paid-up capital of IDR 647.05 billion. The shareholder structure after the IPO includes PT Widodo Makmur Perkasa 76.50%, Warsini 4.25%, Wahyu Andi Susilo 4.25%, and the public 15%. (LK/LM)
