JAKARTA - PT Visi Media Asia Tbk (VIVA) will release 39% of the shares of a subsidiary, PT Intermedia Capital Tbk., worth US$ 171 million dollars to Reliance Capital International Limited.
Based on the senior facility agreement agreed in the debt settlement agreement on December 22, 2020, the shares released as part of the repayment of all the company's debts from the two subsidiaries, as explained by VIVA management in the information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
According to VIVA management, the final position of the outstanding principal amounted to US $ 239.76 million, consisting of principal debt of the junior facility agreement (US$ 78.37 million) and senior facility agreement (US$ 161.39 million). (AM/AC)
