JAKARTA. PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk (PTPP) will continue to divest three toll roads and explore cooperation with sovereign wealth fund Indonesia Investment Authority (INA).
The three toll segments that are divested are PTPP's 14% ownership in PT Citra Karya Jabar (Cisumdawu toll road concession and management) with a capital injection of IDR 42 billion, the release of 15% ownership in the Medan-Kualanamu-Tebing Tinggi (MKTT) toll road, with a capital of IDR 211.6 billion. PTPP will also release 25% ownership in PT Jasamarga Pandaan Malang (Pandaan-Malang Toll Road) with a capital IDR 555.61 billion.
PT PP Corporate Secretary Yuyus Juarsa said that he was still exploring with INA regarding the potential for divestment and investment in the company's projects, he said as quoted by Bisnis.com Tuesday (16/2). (AM/LM)
