JAKARTA - Centratama Group obtained a credit facility from a syndicated bank amounting to IDR 5.7 trillion. This was conveyed by Wiwiek Septriandewi, Corporate Secretary of PT Centratama Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (CENT) in an information disclosure quoted on Monday (1/3).
She conveyed that the loan facility would be used to repay loans (refinancing) and develop the company's business. "The company provided a number of assets to a bank syndicate as collateral for the credit facility, which the agreement was signed last week (24/2)," she said.
Banks that become creditors include PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI), PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI), and PT Bank Permata Tbk (BNLI). Subsidiaries receiving credit facilities are PT Centratama Menara Indonesia, PT Mac Sarana Djaya, PT Fastel Sarana Indonesia, and PT Network Quality Indonesia. (LK/LM)
