Three bank syndication provide IDR 5.7 trillion loan to Centratama

JAKARTA. Several syndicated banks provide loans to PT Centratama Telekomunikasi Tbk (CENT) amounting to IDR 5.7 trillion which will be used to refinance existing loan facilities.

The signing of the agreement which took place last week will be used by Centratama and its subsidiaries to refinance existing loan facilities. CENT and several subsidiaries, namely PT Mac Sarana Djaya, PT Fastel Sarana Indonesia, and PT Network Quality Indonesia. These subsidiaries will provide collateral for the assets to the syndicated bank.

CENT Corporate Secretary Wiwik Septriandewi explained that the loan will also be used for business development of the Centratama Group.

Meanwhile, the banks that are members of the lending syndication are PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, and PT Bank Permata Tbk. (AM/LM)
