JAKARTA - The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) strengthened at the end of midday break today (2/3). At 11.30 WIB, the index was observed to have strengthened 0.10% to 6,344.76.
As reported by Kontan, as many as 5 sectoral indices weakened and 5 others strengthened. The biggest increase occurred in the basic industry sector, which rose by 1.51%.
LQ45 top gainers at midday break today were PT Semen Indonesia Tbk (SMGR), PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk (INTP) and PT Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Tbk (INKP). (LM)
