JAKARTA - The revenue and profit performance of PT Acset Indonusa Tbk (ACST) was eroded throughout 2020 due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the construction sector. This was conveyed by Idot Supriadi, President Director of PT Acset Indonusa Tbk (ACST) in the 2020 Financial Statements quoted on Monday (15/3).
He conveyed that revenue fell 69.49% to IDR 1.20 trillion from IDR 3.95 trillion in 2019. "The company also posted a net loss of IDR 1.34 trillion," he said.
In 2020, ACST booked a new contract of IDR 289 billion from the construction of the Kertajati International Airport access toll road, West Java.
According to him, this year's performance is expected to recover in line with expectations of national economic recovery. "The board of directors is optimistic that infrastructure development will rise again this year with the government's initiative to involve the private sector in Government and Business Entity Cooperation," he said.
