ZYRX allocated IDR 35.02 billion IPO funds to pay for the asset

JAKARTA – PT Zyrexindo Mandiri Buana Tbk (ZYRX), the Zyrex laptop manufacturer, has allocated IDR 35.02 billion to pay for the land and building assets in West Jakarta. The fund was obtained from the initial public offering (IPO) held yesterday (24/3).

In the company’s prospectus, quoted on Friday (26/3), ZYRX has obtained a piece of land and building located in Daan Mogot, Tanjung Duren, worth IDR 54.5 billion from Timothy Siddik Shu, the ZYRX owner. This asset's purchase was to alleviate the burden of rental costs for the headquarter and the factory from the company’s total operational budget. Furthermore, it was deemed as an investment.

The first and second payments were made in the amount of IDR 12.75 billion on June 29, 2020, and July 15, 2020. The remaining IDR 35.02 billion would be paid on June 1, 2021, with the optional multiple payments no later than July 15, 2021. Additionally, ZYRX management also allocated IDR 48.33 billion to acquire raw materials for laptops throughout Q2 of 2021 to boost sales increase this year.

ZYRX has issued 333.333.300 shares with the price of IDR 250 per share. At the same time, the company also issued 166.666.650 warrants Series I worth IDR 750 per share. (LK/ZH)
