JAKARTA - PT FAP Agri Tbk (FAPA), an oil palm plantation company, received an interim dividend payment from PT Riau Agung Karya Abadi (RAKA), one of its subsidiaries. Donny, President Director of PT FAP Agri Tbk (FAPA) conveyed this in an information disclosure quoted on Tuesday (30/3).
"The amount of interim dividends received was IDR 4.75 billion last week (26/3)," he said.
In the first quarter of 2021, FAPA has received two interim dividend payments from RAKA with a total value of IDR 14.25 billion. On January 13, 2021, FAPA received an interim dividend of IDR 9.50 billion.
Currently, FAPA manages nine plantation companies in a number of locations, among others, Pekanbaru and East Kalimantan. This company offered its initial shares on December 17, 2020 with the proceeds of IDR 998.61 billion which will be used to pay off bank loans. (LK/LM)
