JAKARTA - The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) closed down 1.13% to 6,097 at midday break today. The index was observed to have dropped 69.67 points from the last close.
All sectoral indices fell and dragged JCI to the red zone. The biggest decline occurred in the construction and property sector, which slumped by 2.27%.
LQ45 top losers at midday break were PT Tjiwi Kimia Tbk (TKIM), PT PP Tbk (PTPP) and PT Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Tbk (INKP). (LM)
