JAKARTA. PT Nusa Palapa Gemilang Tbk would issue 648.05 million shares through its initial public offering (IPO) on Indonesia Stock Exchange. This corporate action was intended to gather funds up to IDR 64.8 billion for additional corporate capital.
In the official statement released by the Indonesia Central Securities Depository, each share recently issued by Nusa Palapa has the nominal value of IDR 50 per unit, and it would be offered at IDR 100 per unit.
The public offering period would start on March 31, 2021, and end on April 7, 2021. Then, the listing process would take place on April 14, 2021.
In this IPO, Nusa Palapa has named PT UOB Kay Hian Sekuritas as the underwriter. Additionally, the company also asked PT Bima Registra to help to manage new shares purchases.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, Nusa Palapa is a fertilizer manufacturing company established in 2001. It managed to secure the manufacturing capacity for NPK Granule fertilizer up to 180.000 tonnes per year in 2019. (KR/ZH)
