Fimperkasa aims to secure IDR 20 billion through IPO

JAKARTA. PT Fimperkasa Utama Tbk would start its initial public offering (IPO) on Indonesia Stock Exchange with a target of IDR 20 billion.

In its official prospectus, the management of Fimperkasa states that the total new shares issued to the public reached 160 million shares, with a nominal of IDR 50 each. They would be offered at IDR 125 per share.

The offering would take place from April 1 to April 6, 2021, and shares listing would follow on April 9, 2021.

According to idnfinancials.com, Fimperkasa is a construction business company operating since 1993. It currently possesses assets worth IDR 22.74 billion.

Then, 42.5% of the funds collected from the IPO would be directed to the working capital, while another 40% would be allotted to purchase several heavy vehicles and equipment. (KR/ZH)
