JAKARTA - Shareholders of PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk (ITMR) have agreed to distribute cash dividends of US$ 12.67 million from a total dividend of US$ 35.49 million or 90% of the 2020 net profit of US$ 39.46 million. This was conveyed by Monika Ida Krisnamurti, Corporate Secretary of PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk (ITMG) in an information disclosure quoted on Thursday (8/4).
In the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) which took place on (6/4), shareholders approved a dividend of US$ 22.82 million which was distributed on November 24, 2020 and the remaining dividend of US$ 12.67 million will be distributed to holders shares on (29/4). Meanwhile, 10% of the remaining net income will be used as retained earnings for company development.
The schedule for cum and ex dividends in the regular market and negotiation markets is set at (14-15/4), cum and ex dividends on the cash market on (16 and 19/4). As an information, ITMG recorded total equity of US$ 846.29 million and unrestricted retained earnings of US$ 471.17 million. (LK/LM)
