DIVA purchases IDR 68 billion convertible bonds from Qerja Manfaat Bangsa

JAKARTA - PT Distribusi Voucher Nusantara Tbk (DIVA), a retail company, purchased Convertible Bonds (OK) amounting to IDR 68 billion from PT Qerja Manfaat Bangsa (QMB). This was conveyed by Septi Suryani, Corporate Secretary of PT Distribusi Voucher Nusantara Tbk (DIVA) in an information disclosure quoted on Friday (9/4).

She conveyed that the OK could be converted into 6.8 billion shares or equivalent to 10.62% ownership of shares in QMB. "The period of OK is 18 months from the signing of the OK agreement and is not subject to interest," she said.

According to her, the OK purchase was intended to expand cooperation related to the distribution network owned by QMB. In addition, QMB manages the jobs.id, karir.com, qerja and qareer platforms which have 9.3 million subscribers. Between DIVA and QMB have an affiliated relationship because Martin Suharlie, Director of QMB is one of DIVA's commissioners. (LK/LM)
