JAKARTA - The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the 2020 financial year of PT Astra Otoparts Tbk (AUTO) today approved the cash dividend distribution agenda.
Based on the release received by IDNFinancials.com, the shareholders approved the distribution of cash dividends of IDR 74,705,861,500 for the financial year ended December 31, 2020 or IDR 15.5 per share.
Dividends will be paid on 11 May 2021 to shareholders whose names are registered in the Company’s Shareholders List on April 22, 2021.
For information, AUTO does not set a reserve fund since the minimum amount of reserve fund required in Article 70 of the Company Law has been fulfilled. (LM)
