JAKARTA - Soechi Capital Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of PT Soechi Lines Tbk (SOCI) paid off US$ 16.3 million of the principal amount of Global Bonds 2023 of US$ 20.3 million tendered by Bond holders. This was conveyed by Paula Marlina, Director of PT Soechi Lines Tbk (SOCI) in an information disclosure quoted on Tuesday (13/4).
He conveyed that the bonds maturing in 2023 have an interest rate of 8.375% per year. "The bidding process has been completed and the payment was made last week (9/4)," he said.
According to him, the total outstanding Global Bonds amounted to US$ 57.1 million. The bond payment made by SOCI last week, he said, would support the company's operations and financial condition in the long term. (LK/LM)
