14 April 2021 07:33

JAKARTA - PT Zebra Nusantara Tbk (ZBRA) will stop its transportation business and focus on an integrated end-to-end supply chain solution business after the acquisition of 77.70% of its shares by PT Trinity Healthcare (TH). This was conveyed by Yogi Wibawa, Director of PT Zebra Nusantara Tbk (ZBRA) in the results of a public expose quoted on Wednesday (14/4).

He said that ZBRA would no longer be a transportation company in the future. "Zebra no longer has a taxi car and is now distributing gas. Zebra in the future is DNR (Dos Ni Roha)," he said.

DNR is an integrated upstream downstream medical device distribution company (integrated end to end supply chain solution) whose shares are 82.34% owned by TC.

As an information, TC has been the controller of ZBRA since March 9, 2021 after taking over the majority share ownership from PT Infiniti Wahana (IW). After the acquisition, ZBRA plans to conduct a rights issue after the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on May 7, 2021. (LK/LM)
