JAKARTA – PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk (TPIA) would share the cash dividend of USD 38.51 million that was taken from its net profit of the fiscal year 2020.
The decision has been approved by the shareholders during the Annual General Shareholders Meeting held on April 15, 2021. The shareholders agreed to distribute the cash dividend with the price of IDR 31.6 per share.
The cum dividend within the regular and negotiation market was set to be on April 23, 2021, followed by the cash market on April 26, 2021. Then, the payment would be made on May 4, 2021.
In addition to the said decision, the shareholders also agreed to allocate USD 11.81 million to the unrestricted retained earnings. In 2020, the total net profit of the company reached USD 51.35 million. (KR/ZH)
