JAKARTA. PT Serasi Autoraya (TRAC), a transportation solution service provider owned by PT Astra International Tbk (ASII), distributed IDR 45.44 billion of its 2020 net profit as dividends.
This decision has been approved by the TRAC Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS). In this meeting, TRAC shareholders also approved the use of funds amounting to IDR 10 billion of their net profit as reserve funds and IDR 57.4 billion as retained earnings.
For information, TRAC has distributed interim dividends of IDR 14.91 billion or IDR 21 per share on October 20, 2020. So that the final dividend amount that will be distributed next is IDR 30.53 billion or IDR 43 per share.
The payment of the final dividend will be made by TRAC no later than 20 May 2021. ASII will receive a final dividend of IDR 30.53 billion and PT Arya Kharisma IDR 43 thousand. (KR/LM)
