JAKARTA. The Ministry of State-owned Enterprises (BUMN) appointed one of the former members of President Jokowi’s special staffs of 2008-2019, Ahmad Erani Yustika, as the commissioner of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT).
The said appointment has been approved during the General Shareholders Meeting on April 16, 2021. During this meeting, the Ministry of BUMN as the controller also assigned T. Iskandar as a recent member of the boards of commissioner at WSKT.
Yustika once took office as the special staff in the economy sector during the first of Jokowi’s presidential term. Yustika also currently acts as the General Head of Alumni Association of Universitas Brawijaya.
Post-meeting, the organizational structure of WSKT’s commissioners and directors would look like below:
