JAKARTA – PT Telefast Indonesia Tbk (TFAS) decided to make an investment in PT Clodeo Indonesia Jaya (CIJ), an online business application. Setiawan Parikesit, the Director of Telefast, revealed this plan through the information disclosure, quoted Friday (23/4).
Parikesit stated that TFAS acquired 15% of the entire Clodeo’s shares, whose total amount remained unspecified. “The transaction is intended to support the company’s business, and it has no affiliations with any shareholders or managers,” he added.
According to Parikesit, the transaction had been carried out last week (15/4).
CIJ is a technology company with a cloud-based application established in 2017. The user of the said application could monitor its business activities via smartphones and laptops with an internet connection. (LK/ZH)
