JAKARTA - The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Supra Boga Lestari Tbk (RANC) today approved the distribution of cash dividends to its shareholders with a total value of IDR 46.9 billion or IDR 30 per share.
The decision was conveyed by Meshvara Kanjaya, President Director PT Supra Boga Lestari Tbk in the company’s public expose today (30/4).
For information, RANC's net revenue in 2020 was recorded at IDR 3.01 trillion, soaring 25.6% or IDR 613 billion from the previous net revenue of IDR2.39 trillion. Meanwhile, RANC's net profit was successfully booked at IDR 76.0 billion, 37% increase equivalent to IDr 20.5 billion from the previous year's net profit of IDR 55.5 billion. This achievement was supported by the addition of new stores and same stores sales growth.
“2020 will be a year full of challenges for the entire business world with the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic. We are grateful that the company is able to overcome various challenges and show good results amidst the economic pressures that are still affected by COVID-19. We have made various strategic efforts to maintain growth and lead us to this achievement," explained Meshvara.
Last year, RANC managed to open 11 new stores in Jabodetabek and 3 new cities. Thus, RANC has outlets in 13 cities, namely in Jabodetabek, Surabaya, Malang, Balikpapan, Samarinda, Ambon, Pekanbaru, Dumai and Palembang. (LM)
