NPLogistik paid off its debts to Rabo Bank

JAKARTA – PT Nusa Prima Logistik (NPLog), the subsidiary of PT FKS Multi Agro Tbk (FISH), obtained a credit facility to pay off debts of IDR 185 billion to Rabo Bank of Singapore. Sofia Ridmarini, the Corporate Secretary of FKS Multi Agro, relayed this news in the information disclosure, quoted Monday (10/5).

It was further mentioned that the loan facility was provided by PT Bank Permata Tbk (BNLI). The corporate guarantee agreement had been signed last weekend (6/5). “The amount to be paid is equal to the outstanding loan in Rabo Bank Singapore, or whichever is lower,” Ridmarini specified.

NPLog was established in 2017, with FISH owning 65% of its shares. Total assets before elimination were reported at USD 35.64 million in December 2020. The logistic segment contributed USD 13.6 million to its total revenue of USD 989.75 million. The most significant addition to the revenue came from the trading and distribution segment with USD 971.10 million. Meanwhile, the manufacturing segment provided the least amount the revenue with USD 4.78 million. (LK/ZH)
