JAKARTA. PT Baramulti Suksessarana Tbk (BSSR) would distribute its final dividend worth USD 40 million, equivalent to IDR 222.77 per unit, taken from its net profit of 2020.
In the information disclosure on Indonesia Stock Exchange, the management mentioned that its shareholders had approved the said decision. The cum date in the regular and negotiation market was set for May 20, 2021, followed by the cash market on May 24, 2021. The final payment would be disbursed on June 3, 2021.
According to idnfinancials.com, BSSR reported the profit before taxes in 2020 of USD 40.84 million. This gain resulted from the company’s sales performance reaching USD 331.46 million.
As of December 31, 2020, 50% of BSSR was under the control of PT Wahana Sentosa Cemerlang. Then, another 26% of the shares belonged to Tata Power International Pte. Ltd. GS Energy Corporation owned 9.47%, Doddy Sumantyawan 5%, and the public investors 9.06%. (KR/ZH)
