JAKARTA – PT Adhi Commuter Properti (ADCP), the subsidiary of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk (ADHI), pockets an extra capital expenditure of IDR 500 billion from its offering of Bond I 2021 held on May 11 to 17, 2021.
According to Rizkan Firman, the President Director of Adhi Commuter Properti, the success of the issuance of Bond I 2021 would boost the management’s preparation in entering the capital market this year. “The funds gathered from the bond issuance would be used to finance the capital expenditure to add business portfolio,” Firman added in a press conference, Friday (21/5).
ADCP owns several property projects in the Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) area in the Jabodetabek LRT transit line. Furthermore, the company is currently developing other properties close to Commuter Line and Transjakarta Bus Pool.
It was revealed that ADCP would establish LRT City Cibubur in the Harjamukti LRT Station this year. It would also deliver the Cisauk Point area in the Cisauk commuter line station, Tangerang. (LK/ZH)
