BFI Finance issues an IDR 600 billion bond

JAKARTA. PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFIN) would issue a Shelf Registration Bond V BFI Finance Indonesia Phase I Year 2021 of IDR 600 billion. The said bond is a continuity of BFIN’s Shelf Registration Bond V of a total IDR 6 trillion.

According to the prospectus, BFI would allocate the gathered fund to the working capital for investment financing, main working capital, and other multi-functions.

This bond would comprise two series. Series A of an IDR 200 billion principal has a 370-days tenor and an annual fixed interest rate of 6%. Series B has an IDR 400 billion principal, a three-year tenor, and an annual fixed interest rate of 7.7%.

This bond has received an effective statement from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) on May 21, 2021. The offering period would start on May 25, 2021, the allocation date May 27, 2021, and the distribution would take place May 28, 2021. The bond would be listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange on May 31, 2021.

The underwriters assigned for this bond issuance are BNI Sekuritas, BRI Danareksa Sekuritas, DBS Vickers Sekuritas Indonesia, Mandiri Sekuritas, and Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia. (AM/ZH)
