JAKARTA – PT Jaya Real Properti Tbk (JRPT) has acquired 26.81% of PT Bukit Semarang Jaya Metro (BSJM), the subsidiary of PT Pembangunan Jaya (PTPJ), for IDR 48.97 billion. Yohanes Henky Wijaya, the Vice President of JRPT, announced this news through the information disclosure, quoted Friday (28/5).
It is also mentioned that the purchased shares amount to 30,204 units, with the nominal of IDR 1 million each. “This investment is linked to the Oceanarium nature conservatory development project,” Wijaya confirmed.
As of December 2020, BSJM’s authorised capital was at IDR 14 billion. The ownership structure comprised PT Rima Indah Sentana (RIS) 36,39%, PT Metropolitan Development 26,81%, PTPJ 26,81%, and Natanael Juan Ansari 10%. After this transaction is completed, BSJM’s authorised capital would increase to IDR 112 billion. Its shares ownership structure would also change to RIS 36,38%, MD 26,81%, JRPT 26,81%, and Natanael Juan Ansari 10%. (LK/ZH)
