Albizia divests IDR 7.19 billion of its stock in RANC

JAKARTA – DBS Bank Ltd S/A Albizia ASEAN Opportunities Fund divests its shares in PT Supra Boga Lestari Tbk (RANC), amounting to 8,977,200 units of IDR 7.19 billion in total. Suryawati, the Corporate Secretary of RANC, announced the news in the information disclosure, quoted Wednesday (2/6).

It was specified that the DBS Bank’s ownership shrinks from 6.23%, equal to 97,451,800 shares, to 5.66% or 88,474,600 shares after the said arrangement was completed last week (27/5). “The transaction of stock selling was carried out with the price of IDR 802 per unit,” Suryawati added.

Along with this transaction, the ownership structure of RANC, particularly those owning above 5%, would change. In April 2021, the total shares of RANC reached 1,564,487,500 units. PT Eka Putri Mandiri (EPM) owned 7,56%, PT Gunaprima Karya Perkasa (GKP) 15,12%, PT Prima Rasa Inti (PRI) 18,72%, PT Wijaya Sumber (WS) 26,88%, David Kusumodjojo 5,28%, DBS Bank Ltd S/A Albizia 5,82%, and the public owned 20,62% with below 5% portion each.
