PRIM invests IDR 120 billion to expand Royal Medan Hospital

JAKARTA - PT Royal Prima Tbk (PRIM) has allocated IDR 120 billion to expand the Royal Prima Hospital building, Medan. This was conveyed by Mok Siu Pen, Director of PRIM in an information disclosure quoted on Thursday (3/6).

He explained the expansion of the existing hospital building in response to the increasing need for medical services for patients. "Building a new building and its facilities amounting to IDR 120 billion," he said.

According to him, his party has disbursed funds for the expansion of the hospital building in several stages, namely, in June 2019 it was IDR 9.8 billion, on November 30, 2020 as much as IDR 35 billion, in February 2021 at IDR 40 billion, and on May 4, 2021 for IDR 35.2 billion.

The source of the funds comes from the net proceeds from the initial public offering (IPO) of IDR 579.18 billion. (LK/LM)
