JAKARTA. PT Mark Dynamics Indonesia Tbk (MARK) announces its plan to distribute the cash dividend worth IDR 57 billion, equal to IDR 15 each, in early July 2021.
According to Ridwan, the President Director of MARK, the arrangement for the dividend distribution has been approved during the Annual General Shareholders Meeting held last May 2021. “The stockholders owning the rights to receive the dividend are the ones listed under the company’s shareholders list by June 10, 2021, at 16.00 WIB,” Ridwan asserts in the information disclosure earlier today (7/6).
The cum date for the dividend in the regular and negotiation market had been set for June 8 and 9, 2021. Meanwhile, for the cash market, the date was set for June 10, 2021. The payment itself would be made on July 2, 2021.
According to idnfinancials.com, As of December 2020, 78.82% of MARK’s shares was controlled by Techable (HK) Co. Ltd. Another 0.13% went to Sutiyoso bin Risman, and the remaining 21.05% was dispersed among the public investors. (KR/ZH)
