JAKARTA – PT Cisadane Sawit Raya Tbk (CSRA) secures a bank loan worth IDR 345 billion for refinancing its assets. Seman Sendjaja, the Director of CSRA, relays the news in the information disclosure, quoted Wednesday (9/6).

It is mentioned that the guarantee for this loan uses the corporate guarantee and cashflow deficit guarantee, which are true to the requirements filed by the creditor in the credit agreement. “The credit payment would take place until December 31, 2021, through 31 instalments,” Sendjaja explains.

The creditor in this facility agreement is PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI). The credit itself would be effective starting May 2021, with a loan interest rate of 9.5% per year.

“This credit facility interest rate is lower, and the payment period is longer, thus giving the company flexible working capital,” Sendjaja adds.

As of March 2021, CSRA’s equity is reported at IDR 613.66 billion, growing from IDR 572.28 billion in Q1 2020. (LK/ZH)
