PPRO carries on its three property projects

JAKARTA – PT PP Properti Tbk (PPRO) continues the development of three property projects in West Java, targeting handover in 2022. Deni Budiman, the Financial Director of PP Properti, relays the news in a press conference, quoted Thursday (10/6).

According to Budiman, the projects to be completed by next year are Louvin, Bandung; Permata Puri Cibubur; Ma-Zhoji, Depok, and Grand Kamala Lagoon, Bekasi. “The company would proceed with the construction, market it by this year, and have it handed over by next year,” Budiman explains.

It is mentioned that this year, there would be several properties to be put on the market. They are Grand Sungkono Lagoon and Grand Dharmahusada Lagoon, Surabaya; Grand Kamala Lagoon Bekasi; Begawan Apartemen, Malang; Amartha View and The Alton Semarang; Evenciio, Depok; and The Ayoma Apartment, Serpong.

Budiman asserts that these said projects are expected to make contributions to the company’s revenue next year. In 2020, PPRO managed to score IDR 2.07 trillion in revenue and IDR 106 billion in profit. (LK/ZH)
