NICK sold 5 million of its shares in OASA

JAKARTA – PT Charnic Capital Tbk (NICK) divests 5 million of its shares in PT Protech Mitra Perkasa Tbk (OASA) worth IDR 1.65 billion. Anton Santoso, the President Director of NICK, announces this action in the information disclosure, quoted Monday (14/6).

The transaction took place last week (7/6). Then, NICK’s shares ownership is now reduced to 22.72% from 24.11% following the said divestment. “The average selling price is IDR 300 per share, and the funds gathered would be allocated to investment,” Santoso says.

As of May 2021, the number of OASA’s shares reaches 358,600,000 units. PT Indovest Central owns 40.49%, NICK 24.11%, Julius Baer and Co 7.9%, and the public owns 27.5%.

Anton Santoso, who is also the President Director of Indovest Capital (IC), OASA stock controller, also divested his shares in NICK last week. (LK/ZH)
