JAKARTA. PT Kabelindo Murni Tbk (KBLM) plans its cash dividend distribution of IDR 5.6 billion, equal to IDR 5 per share, taken from the company’s net profit in 2020.
Intan Eka Dewi, the Corporate Secretary of KBLM, confirms that this plan follows the decision made during the Annual General Shareholders Meeting held a couple of days earlier. In the said meeting, the stakeholders agreed to channel 85.33% of the net profit of 2020 as the dividend.
The cum dividend date in the regular and negotiation market has been set for June 17, 2021, followed by the cash market on June 21, 2021. The payment disbursement would then took place on June 21, 2021, at 4 PM.
According to idnfinancials.com data, KBLM had previously distributed the cash dividend of IDR 11.2 billion, or IDR 10 per share, in 2020. This dividend equalled 29.88% of the company’s net profit in 2019.
As of March 2021, it is reported that PT Mesindo Agung Nusantara owns 34.73% of KBLM’s Series B shares. Then, another 33.93% of Series B shares belong to PT Sibalec, 6.88% to PT Erdhika Elit Sekuritas, and 6.24% to the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency.
