JAKARTA. PT PP Presisi Tbk (PPRE) is setting up the cash dividend distribution of IDR 11.71 billion, equal to IDR 1.16 per share, which is taken from its net profit of 2020.
This decision is final following the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of PPRE held a couple of days ago. During this meeting, the stockholders also agreed to allocate 5% of its entire net profit in 2020, or IDR 1.93 billion, to the reserved funds. Another 75% of the net profit, amounting to IDR 43.93 billion, is stored as the retained earnings.
PPRE management has decided the cum dividend date in the regular and negotiation market on June 17, 2021. Then, the cash market would follow on June 21, 2021. The disbursement would take place on July 9, 2021.
According to idnfinancials.com, the total net profit of PPRE in 2020 reached IDR 58.57 billion. It was 74% lower than the profit scored in 2019, amounting to IDR 331,28 billion.
As of December 31, 2020, PT PP (Persero) Tbk (PTPP) controls 76.99% of PPRE. Then, 0.01% belongs to Yayasan Kesejahteraan Karyawan Pembangunan Perumahan, while the remaining 23% are dispersed among the public investors. (KR/ZH)
