JAKARTA – PT Suryamas Dutamakmur Tbk (SMDM), a property developer, projects to score a net profit of IDR 50 billion by the end of this year. Ferry Suhardjo, the Director of Suryamas Dutamakmur, announces this through the public expose, quoted Wednesday (16/6).

“We will try our best to secure this year’s net profit with the target of approximately IDR 40 to 50 billion,” Suhardjo states.

As of March 2021, the company obtains IDR 136.42 billion in revenue and IDR 33.21 billion in net profit. This gain is quite significant compared to Q1 2020, in which it scored IDR 109.47 billion in revenue and IDR 3.99 billion in net profit.

According to Suhardjo’s words, this target would be achieved through projects like additional facility development for the existing project in Rancamaya, Royal Tajur, and Harvest City, including selling land plots. Furthermore, the value-added tax relief would support consumers’ purchasing powers, especially among millennials.

The management also set the marketing sales target of IDR 530 billion by the end of this year, 12% higher than the realisation in 2020 of IDR 470 billion. As of March 2021, the marketing sales are at IDR 80.16 billion. The biggest contributor is the land and building of IDR 55.40 billion, followed by golf IDR 13.50 billion, and hotel IDR 11.26 billion.
