JAKARTA – PT Triputra Agro Persada Tbk (TAPG) obtains a credit extension of IDR 453 million from a syndicate formed by PT Bank DBS Indonesia, PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (BNGA), PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk (NISP), and PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI).

Tjandra Karya Hermanto, the President Director of Triputra Agro Persada, announces that this credit facility extension indicates the trust of the banks in the company. “The credit facility is to help financing 14 subsidiaries since 2016,” Hermanto adds in the information disclosure, quoted Friday (18/6).

According to Hermanto, the said loan used to be channelled to support five subsidiaries since 2011.

Arief Ariyana, the Senior Executive Vice President of Corporate Banking of Bank Mandiri, claims that the bank supports the growth and expansion of the users through a syndicate scheme. “The credit facility extension from the syndicate is expected to drive Triputra Agro Persada business expansion,” Ariyana confirms.
